At 4:00 AM on Wednesday,  February 1, 2006, prison authorities without any notice seized Anant Tripati out of the Arizona State Prison Complex – Barchey Unit in Buckeye, Arizona, to an undisclosed location. Many hours later we discovered Anant was taken to ASPC- Eyman Cook Unit in Florence, Arizona.  This is retaliation has been instigated by Deputy Warden, Mary Jennifer Romweber of Barchey.  The Arizona State authorities are livid because Anant Tripati has been successfully gathering evidence against them, pursuant to a fraud upon the court and the corruption case he has in progress. This is part of  the Maricopa County Attorney's effort to thwart litigation against them for deeply rooted corruption in the Arizona legal system, for which Anant Tripati has been gathering evidence and exposing. Anant Tripati had two court ordered depositions scheduled for early in February of two Maricopa County Attorney's Office employees, Dean Chatfield and Don Conrad, who are central to this case.  Maricopa County is scared to death of having these two persons deposed because it will expose and unravel their judicial racketeering and corruption. To prevent the court ordered depositions, they impromptu snatched him as a last resort. The corruption Anant Tripati is exposing also includes several judges who have illegally ordered evidence to be destroyed which would have exonerated Mr. Tripati. These requests are documented by prison authorities and btained by Mr. Tripati and posted elsewhere on this website (http;//www.corruptarizonacourts.com).The action of  moving Anant Tripati and separating him from his legal documents, interrupting his case against them has violated his civil rights by denying him access to the courts.. Arizona authorities have once again interfered with the legal process. There is no defense against the evidence provided by Anant Tripati.  Their only recourse has been to continually interfere with the judicial process through the obstruction of justice. They have the ability to shift him around for weeks without allowing him contact with his lawyers, nor access to his papers or filings. In the past the prison authorities and the Maricopa County Attorney's office have “lost and/or destroyed “ Anant's papers in an attempt to derail his litigation against them. Tripati MUST be allowed to have ALL his property as soon as possible.  This is happening again as we speak right now! We are updating this website as  more information is learned.  PLEASE, call your elected representatives and complain about these actions. This is of utmost urgency now.
