PHOENIX, AZ - April 25 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- "Victor Ruboylanes is a prison Librarian who does not like me challenging the judicial and prison system corruption. Ruboylanes falsely and maliciously advised another inmate that 'Tripati is a snitch' in a deliberate attempt to bring harm to me. In a prison, snitches are often assaulted or killed [Grievance A14027006]. Fortunately no inmate believed Mr. Ruboylanes and I was not hurt [CV1999-20257]," states Anant Tripati.

"Mr. Ruboylanes, effective February 1, 2006, began preventing me from making copies of needed legal documents required for filings in court by taking as long as 11 days to make copies. The sole purpose of delaying the making of these copies is harassment designed to help the Arizona Attorney General out by preventing me from timely filing papers in court," continues Tripati [CV2003-1122].

"On January 8th, 1997, then Presiding Judge of Maricopa County Superior Court, Judge Robert Myers, entered an order protecting Judges Jonathan Schwartz, Gregory Martin and Ronald Reinstein. As I have continued to expose the corruption within the court from inside prison, Judge Myers is now again using his authority and position to prevent me from exposing the corruption in the State court. He has now stopped me from contacting lawyers by making it impossible to talk to them [CIV 1993-02204]," says Tripati.

"Martin Tallberg, in his book 'Don Bolles: an investigation into his murder' ISBN: 0-445-04122-6, quotes former Arizona Governor and Attorney General Bruce Babbitt as stating 'there has been an atmosphere in the state for some time that anything done by people with coats and ties goes' [page 61] also stating 'as far as the reputation of the Arizona State Legislature was concerned, some individuals received lukewarm praise, but as a body it was considered weak, ineffective' [page 54]," comments Tripati.

"I have spoken to lawyers in Arizona who know Judge Myers, as well as Judges Ronald Reinstein, Jonathan Schwartz, Gregory Martin and others involved. These lawyers also know Michael Brodsky and Paul Carter, employed by the Arizona Attorney General. I am told these people will do whatever they have to, applying pressure from any source at their disposal, to prevail and protect these corrupt Judges from exposure. This includes utilizing prison staff to harass and interfere with ones ability to pursue cases in the courts. This has been demonstrated repeatedly in my own fight to expose the institutionalized corruption and win my freedom back," Tripati goes on.

"A lawyer familiar with Prison Director Dora Schiriro stated to me that when Schiriro was in Missouri she would allegedly cover-up for her employees and lie to the court. The Arizona legislature should investigate what the Arizona prison system, the courts, and the Attorney General are doing because the courts are out of control and not functioning in Arizona," according to Tripati.
