In violation of ADOC directives Chuck states:

At 4:00 AM on Wednesday, February 1, 2006, prison authorities without
any notice seized Anant Tripati out of the Arizona State Prison Complex
, Barchey Unit in Buckeye, Arizona, to an undisclosed location. Many
hours later we discovered Anant was taken to ASPC- Eyman Cook Unit in
