A Miscarriage of Justice:

Help is needed to challenge corrupt practices in the state of Arizona.

 

I have taken my personal experience with a corrupt Arizona judicial system and presented it publicly on this website. I present court records and the State's own documents here as clear evidence of judicial corruption. The website also shows how I lost my property and was sent to prison until 2044 based upon the fabrication of charges against me for uncovering widespread judicial corruption infecting the entire judicial system top to bottom.

The documents presented here (1, 2) show that crimes have been manufactured by the Maricopa County Attorney resulting in the conviction of an innocent person, Anant Tripati. AZ courts are covering up this miscarriage of justice because Judges Ronald Reinstein, Jonathan Schwartz, and Gregory Martin are implicated. AZ state authorities are applying pressure to prevent challenges to actions by judges and the Attorney General.

Many other documents exposing corruption of the Judiciary and the Attorney General’s office in Arizona are available on this website, including statements by State and County employees, and state prison employees. There are documents on this site which demonstrate that judges in Arizona have only one thing in mind, and it is not justice. It is their friends and their own personal careers. Documents on the site reveal how these officials care little about true justice, and more about themselves, their cronies, and their professional careers.

On the website there is a document written by a corrections officer who describes how on October 29th, 1999 Judge Ronald Reinstein called Judy Gabbert at the state prison and requested certain incriminating evidence against the state and him possessed by Anant Tripati be destroyed. The prison complied with this evidence-tampering request from Judge Reinstein. My website shows how evidence that would have exonerated me was destroyed and how other judges covered this up. Documents on the website also show that judges are afraid that their careers will be ruined, and because of this fear they do not hesitate to "cover-up" for one another. None of these judges are willing to rule against or that one of their own is corrupt.

When an individual lodges complaints against a judge, that individual is blacklisted. These judges refuse to review the records when those who lodge complaints ask for relief. They decide the case without reading the materials and adopt the position taken by the State. My website shows how judges blacklisted me just because I refuse to bow down to their corrupt practices and lodged complaints against them.

Documents on my website reveal how lawyers employed by the Arizona Attorney General falsified documents. With these falsified documents they have been allowed to prevail. When judges were presented with these documents which they were aware were false, they looked the other way.

My website, corruptarizonacourts.com, presents an in-depth look at "an organized crime syndicate" within the Arizona State court System. After viewing the documents on this website, my hope is that the public will understand and realize that rampant judicial corruption in the State of Arizona courts has ruined the lives of several thousands of families over a span of well over a decade. Many of the affected are minority people of color and immigrants.
