The judges mentioned have been known to engage in the type of misconduct described in the website. However, as we lawyers fear reprisal from the system, we are unable to bring these issues to the attention of the relevant authorities. I commend Mr. Tripati for taking the first step."

"When I worked for the Attorney General's Office, I often wondered why ADOC employees always submitted documents and affidavits which clearly contradicted what the inmates stated. Upon investigation I determined my employer at the time, the Arizona Attorney General, encouraged submission of false documentation and evidence. "Our Courts are in a mess. Judges such as Tom Cole have a built in reputation for judicial impropriety in cases before them. Prosecutors in Yuma have been known to create crimes. "Within legal circles in Maricopa County, it is well know Judges Jonathan Schwartz, Gregory Martin, Michael Ryan, Edward Burke, Ronald Reinstein always do favors for parties they have a vested interest in. They have been known to make decisions to protect those they feel should prevail as well as their friends. Once these judges believe someone like Tripati is guilty and may pose threat to their personal power, they bend backwards to see the person is in prison. Other judges do not overturn decisions made by these judges for their own protection. If they overturn decisions which they know are wrong, but were made by other judges, they may one day have their own decisions overturned. In short, it is an unwritten code within these judges to protect each other.
Even though the Arizona Supreme Court and Court of Appeals know this, they refuse to correct the problem as they decline to say judges are acting inappropriately. "

"As a grievance coordinator within the ADOC, we use the inmate grievance system to coverup the misconduct by staff against inmates. This is demanded by our supervisors."

"We judges do not like the idea of overturning decisions made by other judges, but we have to do so, when we know the decisions are wrong.
Judge Ronald Reinstein should not have called Judy Gabbert, for his call was clearly designed to influence her. It was interpreted as a request to destroy evidence which apparently was done. By refusing to allow Mr. Tripati to file his 1983 action against those involved in this matter, both Judge Edward Burke and Kenneth Fields have given the appearance of judicial coverup.
The documents in the website put us judges in the same category as other white collar criminals with the added twist that we are denying Mr. Tripati to file his 1983 access to the courts so as to coverup for other judges. Our integrity has been put at issue.
I believe our Supreme Court has the duty to order hearings on the issues raised in this website.
As judges we must be above reproach and the website proves otherwise."

"The Justices of the Arizona Supreme Court should follow the path taken by Governor Ryan of Illinois. They should order all cases involving Mr. Conlon and Mr. Tripati heard in another county before judges who are not familiar with these cases. These Justices should order all cases involving Judges Cole, Hall, Reinstein, Schwartz, Martin, Burke and others named in this website where misconduct has been asserted heard before some judge. Just like Governor Ryan's Clemency hearings, these hearings should be held after complete discovery by the parties. The judges and the prosecutors should not be allowed to invoke any privileges and must not be allowed to hide under any privilege. As to the State prison and the Arizona Attorney General's Office, the justices must do the same. Full and complete hearings must be ordered held. The integrity of the Courts must be protected and corruption which is shown in the site does not help."

"They stick together. Had Mr. Tripati not produced the affidavit submitted by Judy Gabbert and the related materials, he may have prevailed. At this stage, the Judges have the obligation to protect Judges Ronald Reinstein, Jonathan Schwartz and Gregory Martin and they will do all that it takes. As a member of the Bar, I personally know Rule 26.1 does not allow lawyers to amend their disclosure after they use the evidence. In the Tripati matter the entire evidence should have been excluded and for the Court Of Appeals to state otherwise, is incorrect."
