The state of affairs in the Arizona courts and prisons is very sad. Judges should not be protecting other judges as well as prison staff. They have the duty to be fair and impartial.
Access based on wealth - race - political affiliation - should never be the standard. The Arizona courts should direct everybody has the same access.
Lawyers should not engage in the type or conduct that Arizona Attorney General's staff engage in. Notaries must not notarize blank papers.
The Arizona State Legislature should investigate the misconduct engaged by the state judges and employees.
It remains to be seen whether other Arizona judges will continue to cover-up or provide full and fair hearings.
