I need your help to fight Chuck Ryan, Director of the Arizona Department of Corrections and the Arizona Attorney General.
In violation of ADOC directives Chuck states:
- it has been determined that before you are provided with any legal copies, notary services, postage or supplies that you be required to pay in advance for those items.
Because:
- legal access monitor Johnson, and Asst. AG's Brodsky and Carter want inmate to be denied legal access and Cook Unit is the ideal place for this.
Their stated fear is:
- if we do not firewall this inmate and otherwise prevent him from gaining further inroads to progress, and if any judge gives him a hearing, the cost to the department may indeed prove detrimental.
